Prize

Competition holder:

1. Where competition holders are responsible to pay the prize(s) to the contestants, where apply, Prize.pk will not be responsible in those cases
2. Competition holder can cancel the result of any competition if they feel contestant(s) are / has / have breached the terms and conditions of the competition.
3. Competition holders must write terms and conditions for the competition in the provided area through prize.pk competition creation page.

Contestants:

1. Can register any complaints against competition holder where they feel competition holder(s) are breaching the terms and conditions.
2. Can register any complaints against competition holder competition holder are not paying the told prize to the winners.
3. It's the sole responsibility of the contestant to read and follow the terms and condition of the competition and prize.pk website.
4. Any visitor or contestant who will be involved in the breach of terms and conditions could be banned from the website prize.pk and taking part in the competitions without giving any notice

Prize.pk

1. Prize.pk reserves the right to cancel any competition, block any competition holder, block any contestant without any prior notice.
2. Information in prize.pk is provided only for general information purpose and on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind.
3. Use of this information is at the user's sole risk.
4. Prize.pk assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of this information and shall not be liable for any damages arising from its uses.
5. Prize.pk reserves the right to remove any content from the site without any prior notice to the user (competition holder, contestant, agent etc.).
6. Prize.pk reserves the right to remove or block any User's access from the site without any prior notice to the user.
7. Please be careful before starting a competition and taking part in competition on Prize.pk you should not violate the terms and conditions of Prize.pkk (i.e. strictly not allowed to upload adult contents / sex materials, pornography on the website) other wise your account will be permanently disabled from our system without any prior notice.
8. Any basic information provided will be stored in prize.pk database email address, name and / or telephone number, company / organisation name etc.
9. Prize.pk are trying their best to secure the information provided but have no responsibility for the loss of information stored in case of hackers attack or any unseen circumstances.
10. Prize.pk reserve right to change these terms and conditions any time
